Kelli & Tim - Chicago Winter Warmed by Love

Winter's chill thawed momentarily as Kelli and Tim heated things up with kisses and hugs just outside the Art Institute of Chicago.   The modern museum perfectly complimented this couple's style and they themselves became a work of art.  Later this summer, they'll exchange vows against Chicago's majestic skyline.

Remembering Satchi

Satchi,
From the moment we brought you home, you eagerly joined our family pack and charmed us with your fluffy face.  You constantly impressed us with your intelligence and amazed us with how hard you worked for the tiniest treat.  Your beautiful tail and soft furry ears always told us exactly how you felt but not more so than that expressive gaze.  We will miss that butt wag that greeted us at the door, that comical stretch and yawn routine,  and of course, that nuzzle that wriggled it's way into our hearts.
You were such a playful and spirited girl, always willing to fetch the stick no matter how big or where it was tossed.  You lived an adventurous life and loved us unconditionally.
We were shocked when your health failed so suddenly and it was heartbreaking to say goodbye.
Over the past week, we've watched as your footprints melted away but your nose prints remain on the glass.  We still catch glimpses of you as our mind's expectations lag to realize that you're gone.  We were lucky to have you in our lives and will miss you dearly.
