Caroline's Massage Studio Website Launches!

Caroline O'Neill just launched her new website for her Massage Therapy Studio! The site looks great and the massage is even better. A little about Caroline's background "In February 2007, I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC.. PMTI has been teaching and inspiring students for over 30 years. My training there was thorough, detailed, challenging, thought provoking, and enhanced my self-awareness to a new level. I love learning about the human body and how I can improve my everyday life. Massage is a wonderful, relaxing experience and I now understand the importance of it in maintaining a healthy, positive life. I am also a graduate of Greensboro College in North Carolina where I got my BA in Theater Performance with a dance minor. I am a professional actor in the Washington DC area."

Trip to South Dakota

Alejo and I just took a vacation to South Dakota! We went all the way across the state and I had my first real feel for the mid-west. It was more beautiful than I had expected. We did as much as we could in one week...water-skiing in Pierre, horseback riding in the Black Hills, and driving along the Needles Highway. We also stopped at Sylvan Lake and Mt. Rushmore, then were off to the Badlands and finished with a quick visit to the Prairie Dog palace.
